Q) What is AXIA's authorized used car exporter?: AXIA's authorized used car exporter is our partner company exporting used cars. They arrange all export procedure of your car to your country. You should pay for all costs to them.
Q) What is the condition to bid on exhibited cars?: AXIA don't have any condition to bid, but AXIA's authorized used car exporter might requires deposit. Please ask authorized used car exporter for the details.
Q) Can I cancel my bid?: Please ask authorized used car exporter.
Q) How can I check auction result?: Please ask authorized used car exporter.
Q) What is assessment of car?: Assessment is provided from auction house according to conditions of exterior and interior, mileage, accident career, etc. Inspectors in the auction house check the car by visual inspection and give a score according to condition of car. * Assessment is for reference only, does not guarantee quality of car.
Q) I want to know an import regulation of my country.: AXIA cannot answer about an import regulation in your country. Please ask government authority in your country for import regulation.
